1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms carry specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" — The cc44 website (cc44.lat) and any associated mobile applications.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" — A member's personal gaming account.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits granted by cc44 that cannot be withdrawn before certain conditions are met.
• "Real Money" — Actual funds deposited by the user (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳).

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 minimum per payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 minimum.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Delays may occur in cases requiring identity verification or security checks.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed through the same method and account used for the deposit.
• In cases of suspicious or unusual transactions, cc44 may place a hold on withdrawals and request further information.
• Depositing illegal or third-party funds into an account is strictly prohibited. If proven, the account will be closed immediately.

4 Welcome Bonus

New members at cc44 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Conditions for claiming the bonus:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and each member may claim it once.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳37,000.
• Wagering requirement is 15x — applied to the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• There is a set time limit to meet the wagering requirement, which starts from the date the bonus is credited.
• Bonus balance may only be used on eligible games; certain games or categories may be excluded from bonus wagering.

5 Other Promotions & Offers

cc44 periodically runs additional promotions, cashback offers, and special tournaments. In such cases:

• Each promotion has its own separate terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant offer page.
• cc44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If promotion abuse is proven — such as bonus hunting, using multiple accounts, or manipulation — the bonus will be forfeited and the account closed.

6 Permitted & Prohibited Activities

By accessing the cc44 platform, you acknowledge the following obligations:

• Play games and conduct transactions from your own account only.

• Coordinating with other members to gain an advantage ("collaborative cheating") is prohibited.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform is prohibited; any identified error must be reported to support immediately.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Any funds credited to an account in error due to a technical fault are the property of cc44 and must be returned.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

cc44 may suspend or close an account under any of the following circumstances:

After account closure, any legitimate real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless the closure was due to fraud or a breach of terms.

13 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between cc44 and a member:

• The support team will review the dispute impartially and attempt to reach a resolution.
